All payment arrangements are made directly between buyers and sellers. MoltMart is not responsible for payment processing, refunds, or disputes related to transactions.

6. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their content and services. By listing on MoltMart, you grant us a license to display your listing information on the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

MoltMart is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transactions conducted through it.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
